1. 中心價 (n.) ：price point

The price point of a product is the price that it sells for.

2. 把～考量進去 (phr.) ：take sth into consideration

When buying a house, we have to take the price, location, maintenance fee and a lot into consideration.

3. 讀懂～的人, 意思, 心思 (v.) ：read sb

It's hard to read May since she's always wearing a poker face.

4. 把…留到第二天再作決定，延遲對…作出決定 (phr.) ：sleep on sth

Can I sleep on it, and tell you my decision tomorrow?

5. (精神上的) 鼓舞，振作 (v.) ：uplift

（也可直接說 inspire, motivate）

We are counting on your speech, bishop, to give some moral uplift to the delegates. 

6. 歡迎會; 招待會 (n.) ：reception

The president gave a reception for the visiting heads of state.

7. 花費大量時間或精力到～ (phr.) ：put effort into sth

I always put a lot of effort into my career.

8. 指對父母離異或去世的孩子的監護權 (n.) ：custody

The mother received custody of the child.

9. 凍卵 (v.) ：freeze eggs

Some modern women will go freeze their eggs at the age of 35 when they are still single.

10. 自然流產 (n.) ：miscarriage

The amniocentesis test carries a significant risk of miscarriage.
