回答範例 1

(正面)

I do enjoy working at my current job. The culture and people make it a great place to work. 

(把重點放在想尋求更多的 - 責任, 挑戰, 新事物)

But I’m looking for more responsibility with new and fresh challenges. 

(簡單帶過過去成就)

I have worked on and successfully completed several projects from start to finish during the past two years. 

(用正面的理由包裝現在公司所缺乏你所要的發展)

Currently, advancement opportunities are scarce at my current job. 

(再次強調自己的職涯目標)

I don’t mind a slowdown in pace from time to time,

but it’s important to me to keep my career continually moving in a forward direction that is consistent with my career goals.

回答範例 2

(簡單帶過過去在公司中所得到的)

After working there for three years,

I have learned a great deal about the company and the way business was conducted.

(把重點放在想尋求更多的 - 責任, 挑戰, 新事物)

As much as I enjoy the relationships I have developed,

it is time for me to move to a more progressive organization with more opportunities and new challenges.

(公司搬家, 通勤時間過長也是個合理的理由, 誠實為上)

My company recently moved their office across town and now my morning commute is about 90 minutes and I need to be closer to home.
