之前有說過背單字最好的方式是透過閱讀！
因為透過上下文以及文章的情境下，更容易記得一個單字的意思以及使用方法！
但如果沒有這麼多時間可以閱讀文章，搭配例句使用也比直接拿著單字卡死記中英文解釋還好！
新制多益《簽訂合約》必考單字
1. 必須遵守的, 有約束力的 (adj.) ：binding
The contract wasn't legally binding.
2. 遵守 (v.) ：abide by
（同義詞為 obey, follow, comply with）
Competitors must abide by the judge's decision.
3. 條件; 條款 (n.) ：terms and conditions
We expect all the parties involved (both clients and suppliers) to abide by the terms and conditions.
4. 終止, 停止 (n.) ：termination
The termination of the bus service was a severe blow to many villagers.
5. 條款; 規定 (n.) ：provision
（用法類似 agreement）
We have inserted certain provisions into the treaty to safeguard foreign workers.
We had an arrangement that he would clean the house and I would cook.
6. 有責任.... (adj.) ：beV obliged to VR
（同義詞有 obligated, required）
She feels obligated to be nice to Jack because he's her boss.
7. 書面的 (adj.) ：written
（口頭的為 verbal）
This is a written contract.
8. 修訂，修正，修改（法律文件等） (v.) ：amend
（類似用法為 change, alter）
Because the hotel is on the coast, winter is its off‐season.
9. （法律文件的）條款 (n.) ：clause
They have added/deleted/amended a clause in the contract which says the company can make people redundant for economic reasons.
10. 預告期 (n.) ：notice period
The senator's bill lengthens the notice period before a layoff to 90 days.
11. 第三方 (n.) ：third party
Third party is a third person or organization less directly involved in a matter than the main people or organizations that are involved
12. 草擬合約 (v.) ：draw up a contract
Can you draw up a contract for the services you will provide our company?
13. 成交 (v.) ：cut the deal/ close the deal
I was able to cut a deal with the contractor and we paid very little for our new kitchen.
14. （商品的）保用單，保用卡 (n.) ：warranty
The warranty covers the car mechanically for a year, with unlimited mileage.
15. （尤指公司保證對產品保修或包退的）保修單，包換單 (n.) ：guarantee
The TV comes with/has a two-year guarantee.
16. 退款 (n.) (v.) ：refund
When I went on business to Peru, the office refunded my expenses.
I took the radio back to the shop and asked for a refund.
17. （供之後支付的）費用清單 (n.) 提供費用清單 (v.) ：invoice
（比較 receipt 是買東西後收到的收據）
Invoices must be submitted by the 24th of every month.
We'll invoice you for parts and labour.
18. 同意 (v.)：approve
（用法是 approve of + N, approved 則為通過的）
She doesn't approve of my friends.
19. 額外的, 附加的(adj.)：additional
There will be an extra charge for any additional passengers.
20.（書或雜誌的）附錄 (n.)：appendix
There's an appendix at the end of the book with a list of dates.
